ELIA VILLA - MYKONOS / 90sq.m. / April 2022

This project deals the renovation of a 20-year-old summer house, based on Mykonos Island.

Certain elements of the house were kept, such as the white marble floor and the existing white wooden ceilings. Furthermore, we focused on redesign the kitchen in a more Cycladic character and totally changed the use of an extra space in basement, designing one more bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

We had to take into consideration, that the property is planned to be seasonally rented, so we chose oak wooden veneers, wicker textures, plain white fabrics for the sofas & the curtains, in order to create a well-balanced combination and minimalist atmosphere.
